What is the Science Lab?
The Science Lab is a meeting place for scientists involved in citizen collectives, from public administration experts, lawyers, and business experts to historians, behavioral scientists, and communication scientists. They aim to make their knowledge and insights accessible and translate them into practice.
Citizen collectives are constantly faced with strategic choices for sustainable development. They can turn to the Science Lab to explore specific questions through research. For example, discussing the results of a self-assessment within a citizen collective can prompt members to ask further questions about a specific theme.
To address these collectives' research questions, the Science Lab is developing a set of research tools in the form of questionnaires and games. It also offers services, such as data processing and analysis and reporting of the results. Conversely, the Science Lab enables scientists to coordinate and, where possible, bundle their research questions about citizen collectives. This prevents overlap and wasted effort.
