She works as a researcher at the Lectorate of Civic Interaction Design, particularly engaged in the practice-oriented research project “Charging the Commons. Herein, she examines the becoming process of “commoning” of resource communities in various socio-spatial settings, whereby not only the diverse phases, patterns and dilemma’s are identified but also how a situated-design approach aids to articulate the values and objectives of those commoners. Based on these community principles the subsequent step will be if and how a technology-based system can be evolved for the management of their resource sharing.
